	What We Do: Custom Extrusion

	Pennex Aluminum’s custom extrusion operation is also housed in our Wellsville headquarters. We offer a full range of standard solids and hollows in most 6XXX series alloys, as well as expert assistance in designing and engineering custom profiles. Our extrusion facility has complete in-house testing capability for quality assurance, and a 36 million pound annual manufacturing capacity. Because our billet feedstock is under the same roof, our customers enjoy the cost savings from avoiding freight, and the benefit of easy recycle of scrap materials.
