Chuck Stout – President
Chuck joined the Pennex team in 2016. He holds an MBA from The University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State College. Prior to becoming President, Chuck was the General Manager of the Leetonia Operations where he oversaw the 115,000 sq. ft., ahead of deadline and under budget expansion, of Leetonia’s Precision Engineered Products facility.
Drew Ryan – Vice President, Sales.
Drew joined Pennex in 2014 having previously worked for Metal Exchange business unit ElementAL for two years. He holds an MBA from Hood College of Economics and Business and Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Lycoming College.
Jeff Kelly – Technical Director, Extrusions
Jeff has been with the organization since 2004 and holds a BS degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Grove City College along with an MBA from St Joseph’s University. Before assuming the role of Technical Director, Jeff was the General Manager of the Wellsville facility for sixteen years.
Scott Strong – General Manager, Wellsville/York
Scott was named General Manager of the Wellsville facility in 2019 after serving as the Cast Products Business Unit Manager for a number of years. Prior to that, Scott held the position of Maintenance Manager of the Wellsville plant. Scott was a former Director of Maintenance in the airline industry and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Gettysburg College.
Scott Strohm – Controller
Scott joined the Pennex team in the summer of 2015. He holds a both an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
Jeremy Mollison – Business Unit Manager, York Precision Engineered Products
Jeremy has been with Pennex Aluminum Company since 2007, starting as the HR Manager, and then being promoted to Director of Human Resources. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management from York College of PA.
Stuart Craig – General Manager of Operations, MEC Cast Products Division
Stu joined Pennex in 2016 as the Operation Manager in Leetonia. His responsibilities include management of the Pennex Wellsville Casting operation, the Pennex Greenville Casting operation and Continental Aluminum. Stu is a 20+ year veteran of the aluminum extrusion industry.
Mark Buchner – President Continental Aluminum
Mark has overall responsibility for MEC casting operations that include Pennex Aluminum’s two casting facilities in Wellsville and Greenville. Mark has been with Continental since 2012 and holds an MBA and Graduate Degree in Management from Athabasca University and undergraduate degrees in Chemistry, Biology and Physics from the University of Windsor.
