Mark Mantooth – President
Mark was appointed to his current position in 2016 following assignments as Director of Business Development for MEC and President of ElementAL Holdings. Mark has been with the organization since 2011 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
Joseph Golec – Vice President, Sales
Joseph Golec has been involved in the aluminum extrusion industry for over 40 years in various production, sales, marketing and general management positions. He joined the Pennex Aluminum team in 1989 as Sales Manager and was named Vice-President of Sales & Marketing in 1996, the position he currently holds. Joseph also serves as Chairperson for the Aluminum Extruders Councils’ Automotive Industry Promotion team.
Drew Ryan – Director of Sales
Drew joined Pennex in 2014 having previously worked for Metal Exchange business unit ElementAL for two years. He holds an MBA from Hood College of Economics and Business and Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Lycoming College.
Jeff Kelly – General Manager, Wellsville/York Extruded Products
Jeff has overall responsibility for the extrusion operation in Wellsville and the fabrication operation in York. Jeff has been with the organization since 2004 and holds a BS degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Grove City College along with an MBA from St Joseph’s University.
Chuck Stout – General Manager Leetonia Operations
Chuck joined the Pennex team in 2016. He holds an MBA from The University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State College.
Jeremy Molison – Business Unit Manager, York Precision Engineered Products
Jeremy has been with Pennex Aluminum Company since 2007, starting as the HR Manager, and then being promoted to Director of Human Resources. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management from York College of PA.
Scott Strohm – Controller
Scott joined the Pennex team in the summer of 2015. He holds a both an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
Scott Strong – Cast Products Business Unit Manager
Scott was appointed to his current role in 2017 after serving as the Maintenance Manager of the Wellsville plant. Scott is a former Director of Maintenance in the airline industry and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Gettysburg College.
